Ucraft Next is a SaaS product that offers a user-friendly, drag-and-drop website builder for anyone looking to create a professional and responsive website. UC-Commerce is the e-commerce product integrated within the builder.

We launched Ucraft in 2016. In the original version of Ucraft, we didn't have an e-commerce feature to help people create online shops; instead, we integrated another application, but it didn't meet our users' needs. We realized that many people were not using it correctly. I aimed to increase its discoverability because UC-Commerce can open a new stream of revenue for our product.
← The Problem
In the scope of this project, we utilized the Scrum methodology, working in sprints with deliverables at the conclusion of each sprint. We eventually created and shipped a fully functional product that allows people to create their own beautiful websites, shops, and portfolios in 2-3 days, absolutely without any design skills.
