At Roche, there are many employees across different countries, and a significant problem was the lack of effective communication tools. They struggled to find a suitable platform where they could work collaboratively and include all the details and processes of their work.

Our team created a product with a real-time collaborative workspace where everyone can join and work simultaneously. Team members can comment on each other's work, create tasks, identify problems, and fix them in real time. This ensures that business operations run smoothly without disruptions.

Let's start with the basics
At Roche, fragmented communication and inefficient workflows hindered problem-solving and data management. The challenge lay in connected tools and manual processes that delayed productivity, underscoring the need for a unified, centralized solution.

Sketches & Wireframes
We began by researching existing collaborative workspaces such as Miro and FigJam. We identified key features and elements that were important to include in our main dashboard and navigation bar. Based on this research, we started creating initial sketches and prototypes.
In the top screenshot, you can see the main important page where I have put a single ticket. Here, we can view all the information and charts related to that single ticket.

Here you can see the flowchart of the entire project:
- Start If the user has any created event "RCA":
- Yes: They can see a list of created events and go to view the single event page.
- No: If the user doesn't have any created event or ticket, they can create a new one. This flowchart outlines the entire process that follows each step.
